Lowongan Foundation Seed Territory Manager di PT Bayer Indonesia

• To ensure all production location activities undertaken in compliance with Bayer HSE, Human rights and FCPA policies. To identify & organize secure productive farms & growers as per FDN seed multiplication plan given by Pre-Commercial Foundation Lead.  
• To update location progress to Pre-Commercial country Lead on regular basis and ensure timely delivery of target foundation seed meeting quality standards.
• To implement the quality systems & procedures to facilitate quality seed production.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To identify & organize secure productive farms & growers, execute foundation seed multiplication and update Pre-Commercial Area Lead on regular basis.
• To get trained on QMS part i.e.  SOP/WI/documentation before execution of work
• To ensure highest product security of material being produced.
• To deliver target Foundation seed with required quality standards.
• Timely submission of invoices, raising and maintaining all required receipts.
• To educate growers and train coordinators & contract workers on best practices to achieve highest quality and productivity.
• To liaise with Plant, Quality, SPR , Procurement, Finance & Human Rights teams.
• To support FDN team in Internal quality audits & Surveillance audits for the location.
• To coordinate with Pre-Commercial Area Lead in achieving target quality and quantity for the location.
• To support CAPEX projects and community outreach activities in the location.
• Manage Parent seed post harvest activities at plant like drying, shelling , processing  & warehouse
• Liaise with seed regulatory and safety verticals - Quality, Regulatory & Stewardship team,  etc.
• Coordinating with regional team  for digitalization example Velocity implementation
• Leading various initiatives to support Bayer vision of 2025 for APAC region
• As a SME leading  development of critical procedures / documents for PRCM activities

WHO YOU ARE

• University degree (Masters or equivalent)
• 5-6  years experience in Seed Production/Manufacturing
• Cross-functional collaboration & communication
• Ability to take initiative and responsibility
• Analytical and strategic thinking
