YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop Strategy for Corn Traits short, mid and long-term Country/Cluster for Corn

• Develop Traits Pipeline strategy for APAC working closely with closing with Country, Global, Traits partner, Global R &D basis customer and competitive insight and future trend

• Work with PASS to Define key action for Public APASS team for proactive action to enable Biotech in Countries Indonesia India, Pakistan

• Lead Project team to successfully launch of Roundup Ready and VT2 Pro Traits in Indonesia in 2023 and 2024/25 respectively

• Lead Project team to successfully launch Trecepta in Philippines and Indonesia in 2025/2***

• Conduct Market research to understand value of trait

• Define product position and value proposition, Branding and communication for Roundup Ready Traits VT2 Pro and Trecepta based on customer insight (Market Research)

• Define price strategy for Roundup Ready and VT2Pro for Indonesia and Trecepta Philippines and Indonesia

• Develop Licensing and Partnerships approach to enable faster adoption of Corn Traits

• Develop Training material and deliver training to Internal and external stakeholder

• Develop Grower Training, Grounder breaker and Launch Plan

• Develop Short Corn Value Proposition, Penetration and Country and Cluster wise Approach

• Develop Short Corn Portfolio Strategy (Native, Biotech and Gene editing)

• Develop view on Short Stature Corn System Approach for SHF (Tailored Solution) and Develop testing and Pilots that will help to finalize

• Lead cross functional Project team to successfully launch of Short Corn to APAC

• Develop and Ensure implementation of key stewardship and IRM measures for Corn Traits 

WHO YOU ARE

• University degree

• Understanding of crop related sciences and technologies and regulatory requirements including Traits

• Deep understanding of state-of-the art Strategy marketing, product management  and market research

• Understanding of crop related political, economic, sciences & technologies and regulatory requirements

• Ability to influence with people from a variety of different cultures and aft different level and Presentation Skill

• Combination of Strategy, Attention to details and Drive execution
