JOB PURPOSE

• Supporting the duties of the Utility Maintenance Supervisor in planning, reviewing, maintaining, repairing, carrying out improvements and ensuring the reliability of utility infrastructure facilities according to quality standards, safety regulations and compliance regulations.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance using CMMS (Computerize Maintenance Management System) in accordance with Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
• Follow standard cGMP procedures, GEP and safety regulations.
• Support maintenance performance appraisal and implementation of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external departments and third parties to achieve reliable and sustainable utility supply.
• Implement tool management and 5R to keep the workplace safe and comfortable.
• Increase skills and knowledge to operate, repair and maintain utility machines.
• Speak up about improvements, efficiency, maintenance cost savings, efficiency of spare parts.
• Support the implementation of Internal Audit, incident investigation and Hazard-risk-impact Management Assessment.

WHO YOU ARE

• Have knowledge of machinery, equipment or utility equipment, HVAC.
• Skilled and systematic in troubleshooting machines, equipment or utility equipment.
• Have knowledge and experience in terms of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, especially for the maintenance of machines, equipment or utility equipment
• Willing to work with shift work schedule or based on emergency on-call outside normal working hours.
• Able to work in a team.
• Have the ability to control conflict and ambiguity.
• Can speak English both passively and actively

Education

• Minimum D3/Polytechnic (Mechanic / Electric / Mechatronic) or Technical Middle School (STM) (Mechanical / Electrical).
