YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing existing product portfolio robustness in terms of improvement projects or trouble-shooting related with packaging topics, cost reduction/efficiency, sustainability and packaging process improvement.
• Manage the implementation of new packaging material sources in alignment with local and global functions including impact assessment on financial, formula and packaging process.
• Manage activities related to packaging development in order to support NPI or technical change process including collaboration with operation for packaging activities, packaging validation, cleaning validation for packaging, dossier packaging related packaging material development, stability study, specification and composition of packaging materials used as reference of BOM.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiative by seeking feasible improvement in TSM department by seeking feasible improvement for new and existing products.
• Engage in site strategic initiatives related with new technology investment for packaging process. Provide product and process knowledge at the first stage, and later on drive technical aspect activities of the initiative until it is ready for commercial production.
• Provide support and expertise on packaging materials and process, and its stability to other function such as Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Production & Packaging Operations, Country Quality Function during its product lifecycle including but not limited to roll-out to new market, complaint-related topic and Coordinate team cross-functional department to ensure maximum project execution quality in terms of cost, and timeline.

WHO YOU ARE

Education

• Bachelor degree on technical, scientific or engineering subject such as graphic design, biology, chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, production or manufacturing engineering, materials sciences and life, medical or physical sciences.

• A post graduate packaging technology qualification can be beneficial and advantages

Relevant experiences

• Min. 3-5 years experience in manufacturing industry. Professional experience in Food industry, packaging development, manufacturing, quality and assessment of products. An excellent understanding of the unit operations associated with the packaging operations. Experiences in pharmaceutical will be advantages
