JOB PURPOSE

• Achieving individual sales targets by correctly determining consumer profiles, maintaining relationships with consumers, overcoming problems that arise related to consumers and carrying out marketing programs for business continuity

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Convincing consumers to use Bayer products with the aim of achieving individual sales targets by embedding the product concept, carrying out product promotion programs and complying with company SOPs.
• Collect market information such as competitor activities, input from customers on products and companies and report this information to the Sales Manager and Product Manager.
• Implement all marketing activities such as GD (Group Discussion) and RTD (Round Table Discussion), workshops, and all activities that support the sale of Bayer products to carry out sales strategies by means of becoming a PIC (Person in Charge) for an event, managing related resources and inviting clients to the event.
• Develop competencies to increase sales targets by carrying out weekly role-play selling skills, evaluating input from On the Job Coaching), training to update product knowledge, other necessary training and product certification.
• Provide operational reports so   can analyze sales and marketing data such as call visits, operational RTD / GD reports and sales reports on sales projections for the following month to ensure stock availability at distributors.
• Complete data on total potential market sales and analyze customer pareto and determine large contribution customers to retain and increase Bayer's sales contribution for potential customers but Bayer’s ( proposing a promotion program for each customer )
• Report any adverse events (KTD) submitted by HCP to Drug Safety Bayer Indonesia and within 24 hours after the report is received from HCP.

WHO YOU ARE

Education

• Bachelor degree in Agricultural or Biology studies. Having molecular biology competency is preferable.

Relevant experiences

• Having experience in pharmacy (oncology product)  area, fresh graduated are welcome to apply
