Lowongan IT Manufacturing Associate Manager di PT Bayer Indonesia

JOB PURPOSE

• Work with multiple stakeholders, such as cross functional department in Cimanggis as key user, with Global Functional IT for ensuring availability of IT system supporting manufacturing and lab system.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the operation, monitoring, management, and availability of the site manufacturing IT systems which includes production system, lab, safety and surveillance.
• Identify and drive potential area of improvement within IT Manufacturing operations
• Accountable for Change Management for any changes required with regards to  improvement or problem resolution
• Lead investigation of problem occurs in operational and drive to resolution including CAPA execution and deviation management
• Participate in all manufacturing IT related inspection at site which include (but not limited) : MITS Assessment, DI Assessment, GMP Self Inspection, and internal/external audit by creating action plan activities, timeline and managing effective closure of all findings
• Active participation and collaborate in execution Digitalization and Automation initiatives on site
• Work closely with IT Compliance to ensure compliant of IT device and infrastructure to Manufacturing IT Security principles in GxP regulated environment.
• Define training needs related to operational and maintenance of Manufacturing IT system for relevant Cimanggis Factory employee

WHO YOU ARE

Education

• Bachelor degree on Computer Science, Engineering, Pharmacy or relevance subject.

Relevant experiences

• Min. 5 years experience in application development or support IT infrastructure
• Min. 1 year experience in managing operational of IT system or IT infrastructure
• Have experience in lead project and project management
• Familiar with GxP regulated environment
• Good knowledge in Manufacturing IT Security and Data Integrity Principles
