Lowongan Field Training Manager - Pharmaceutical di PT Bayer Indonesia

JOB PURPOSE

• Develop sales force capabilities (skills, behavior, knowledge) for all sales forces of Pharmaceuticals to ensure continuous improvement in the quantity and quality of sales force performance/activities to positively influence customer’s prescribing behavior and building Bayer’s long term business and monitor implementation of selling skills training and knowledge level of Sales Forces.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To support Training Manager in implementation of training curriculum, schedule, and facilities to ensure proper training for sales forces of Pharmaceuticals Division through collaboration with other relevant functions
• Collaboration with medical and marketing team to conduct periodical refresher training and roleplay on products (GM & WH ) for sales team in order to ensure their knowledge and skills meet standard
• Conduct product knowledge GM, WH and selling skill for responsible sales team during field visit to improve MR selling capability.
• Ensure the implementation of PFI selling skill through execution of multiple programs such as joint visits, quizzes, role plays and other projects.
• Actively participate in the Regional & Global Learning Community
• Deliver Learning / Training Execution Excellence :
  • Establish credibility by demonstrating subject matter expertise and knowledge (e.g.  answering enquiries, simplifying complex concepts, modelling etc.)  
  • Adopt a variety of facilitation styles to cater to varying group sizes and maintain energy, enthusiasm and focus
  • Manage the learning environment (e.g. time, safety, participant involvement)
  • Effective communication skills (e.g. clarity, pace, tone, language, eye contact and gestures)
  • Check for participant understanding and provide support to ensure individual needs and outcomes are met
  • Prepare and utilize appropriate resource materials needed for effective delivery and participant learning
  • Review and evaluate effectiveness of training session delivery
• Complies with local regulations, industry and Bayer’s code of conduct at all times

WHO YOU ARE

• Min a Bachelor degree, preferably a Pharmacist or Science degree
• Min. 3 years of working experiences in sales or training preferably with high performing track record
• Has a strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Good communication in English
• Good presentation skill (especially in ppt. format)
• Ability to develop and implement innovative ideas and creative concepts.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
