Lowongan Strategy Deployment and Capabilities Manager di PT Bayer Indonesia

JOB PURPOSE

• Leading Strategy deployment in Cimanggis, by coordinating and executing the deployment activities in Site.
• Assisting OE Manager to implementation production system by coordinating and executing the activities in the site
• Develop and manage sitewide training system
• Ensure development of personnel capabilities through effective training programs

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Integrate and harmonize site training system across department
• Create training master plan based on the department needs and PSS capability roadmap
• Maintain and facilitate training and capability building sessions at site level
• Manage training and qualification structure for all employees
• Leading Strategy deployment in Cimanggis, by coordinating and executing the deployment activities in Site.
• Assist OE Manager in strategy development phase through assuming stewardship of Strategy Development & Deployment process, PDCA and site performance review
• Drive the site OE program deployment linked into product supply system.
• Support implementation production system as project support at site level.
• Ensure that all employees received basic training of GMP, HAS, HACCP, SMK3 and another basic training before the employee perform their task as part of onboarding activity
• Ensure that all employees that work in GMP related area have received and finished Personnel Training Plan before the employee perform their daily task.

WHO YOU ARE

• 3 years or more experience in Operational excellence activities, with proven and successful in lean six sigma projects.
• Certified green belt, ideally black belt
• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy/ Technology/ Engineering/ Management or other equivalent academic degree
• Having knowledge and interest in Production system and Innovation (e.g. Lean Manufacturing, six sigma, etc.)
• Familiarity with Project Management process and tools
• Having experience and knowledge on training management system
• Good ability to work cross functions
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Good analytical skills
• Skill of trainer and facilitator
• Computer literate for standard office operational.
• Skilled to work within an international team and has ability to work within team
