- Provide order confirmation to customer refer to his/her review and analysis result of the possibility of the order to be executed
- Coordinate with all related internal and external parties in order to Conduct kick-off meeting (internal & External), ensure material readiness, Create delivery instruction, Oversee import documents (invoice, packing list, shipping instruction) from the factory and submit to Export-Import Department
- Maintain order processing data on SAP in order to manage purchase orders to the factory and Create sales orders.
- Create and maintain project timeline and arrange factory acceptance test and/or site acceptance test.
- Analyse and review the initial and final calculation sheet in order to have a valid margin calculation of the project.
- Handle all documentation related to the project such as Collect product manual book, Creating documentation (VDRL), Collect and reviewing datasheet, Collect and reviewing general arrangement drawing, Collect and reviewing the certificate of manufacturing, Collect and reviewing the certificate of warranty, Collect and review the certificate of origin, Collect document for invoicing (DN, BAST, MDR), Create bank guarantee.
- Follow up payment from the customer (in special cases)
Requirement
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Having a minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in related functions
- Good communication skills, analysis, and reporting
- A team player in a dynamic environment within a matrix organization
- Having a positive attitude, open-mindedness, good motivation and willingness to learn
- Having a pump technical know-how
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Willing to travel all around Indonesia
