Lowongan Account Payable Supervisor di PT Ksb Indonesia

We are looking for an Account Payable Supervisor that will establish best report for the company's account payable aging and reconcile account payable.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Ensure report submitted meet with the schedule.
• Ensure the Three Way Matching implemented in every Account Payable transaction.
• Create journal Goods in Transit for Invoice Received without Good Received & Control it.
• Research and correct process error that caused incorrect document and record in bookkeeping.
• Handling Audit, Audit External, TKDN, Legal, and Internal Audit.
• Handling Intercompany reconciliation and monitor/control old aging to make reconciliation with local vendor.
• Review business process, updating work instruction, and drafting SOP for Account Payable.
• Control and maintain open GRNI.
• Maintin aging as per company aging days standart.
• Ensure process that was running in the proper way and match to Accounting Procedure.
• Ensure that Audit request submitted and clarified.

Qualification :

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field;
• 5-6 years experience in an accounting role with 2 years of supervisory experience in the Account Payable.
• Knowledge of accounting practice and principles, applicable laws, codes and regulations, experience in accounting computer applications (SAP will be preferable).
• Excellent time management skills and organizational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines and timelines.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Must be self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent analytical and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) are essential; Excel proficiency required.
• Experience and proficiency using G/L software.
• Must be able to demonstrate analytical reasoning, critical thinking, as well as a high level of customer orientation.
