• Develop sales strategy for Valve business (all market area) to ensure the attainment of order intake target, profitability, and other company targets.
• Responsible for Valve business (all market area) activity, and be the main contact for the critical issue, problem-solving and decision making.
• Maintain and monitor project opportunities on C4C
• Manage good relationship with the sales team and with techno-commercial supports to win more orders/projects for KSB.
• Provides pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers.
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions
• Executes priorities by ensuring an open line of communication between the sales and operation team
• Monitoring the activities of order processing
• Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team
• Identify risk, opportunity, and strategy within the current local or global situation that can impact the business.
• Responsible for Division procedure policies and implementation.
• To perform the tasks and responsibilities as given by superior’s time to time

Requirement

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Material Science, chemicals), or equivalent
• Having a minimum of 6 (six) years of experience in related function
• Have experience in the market for valves and have a strong relationship with valves customers as well
• A team player in a dynamic environment within a matrix organization
• Worthy achievements in the valves business will be advantages
• As a role model for positive behavior
• Equipped with very good global report management
