Job Responsibility

1. Ensure that standards of SOP and guidelines are observed

2. Develop and implementing quality standards and quality control systems

3. Making an inspection schedule to check quality of department work flow, plan and SOP execution 

4. Conducting regular assessment to business department to understand the quality of personnel competency and liaise with Company HRBP to develop the competency 

5. Providing quality assessment report to Brand Managers and Management complete with recommendation 

6. Develops improvement plan and schedule as well monitor the progress of improvement plan completion by business department and create guidelines on how to avoid reoccurrences. 

7. Audit Customer Service Daily Behavior And Compliance Of CS Etiquette 

8. Others

Job Requirements

1. Min. Bachelor's degree

2. Experienced 2 - 3 years in related field

3. Works well under pressure and has strong drive to meet tight deadlines

4. Excellent analysis ability, good communication skills and attention to details

5. English active both spoken & written ( mandatory )

6. Result and target oriented

7. Excellent planning and risk management ability

8. Dilligent

9. Excellent execution capacity
