Lowongan Business Development Executive (Tangerang, Bogor & Depok) di PT Dachin Etech Global

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, target markets, and industry trends.
2. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
3. Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and stakeholders through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling sales pitches, proposals, and marketing materials.
6. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and expand the network of contacts.
7. Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to stay ahead in the market and identify new business opportunities.
8. Negotiate and finalize business deals, contracts, and agreements in line with company policies and guidelines.
9. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products/services.
10. Provide timely and accurate reports on business development activities, sales progress, and market analysis to the management team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role within the industry.
3. Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales techniques, and business strategies.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools for lead management and tracking.
8. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and overcome business challenges.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
10. High level of motivation, self-initiative, and a goal-oriented mindset.
11. Living in mentioned area are preferred (Tangerang, Bogor & Depok)
