- Monitor and responsible for the validity of the Company's license, permit, and legal documents.
- Responsible for the registration and protect the Company's service marks or trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and copyrights (Intellectual Property Rights).
- Research and prepare legal opinions on various legal matters.
- Draft and/or review legal letters, contracts, and agreements and monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance, as requested.
- Provide sound legal advice to the Company and make recommendations to Management as necessary.
- Handling legal issues both litigation and non-litigation, including but not limited to initiate and pursue legal proceedings as required by the Company i.e., prepare writs, defenses, submissions, and other pleadings in civil cases.
- Handle employee illegal cases.
- Filling all data licensing company.
- Conduct legal opinion review and enter into a contract of a cooperation agreement with other legal entity.
- Provide Legal Support for business expansion including investment.
- Guarding new rules or regulations (new law related to Company Business).
- Create a working planning Legal Department.
- Responsible to develop Legal Department Policy, SOP, and/or Guidelines based on prevailing laws and regulations.
- Performing Corporate Secretarial tasks and duties (Board and Shareholders Resolutions, Notarial Deed, Company Registration and OSS Process, etc.).
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
- Technical understanding of the Companys business and operations and attention to details.
- Strong Legal Background with a minimum of 2 years working experience in the same field.
- Excellent interpersonal communication at all levels (verbal and written).
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Ability to cope with high levels of responsibility and with confidential matters.
- Ability to work well within the team.
- Computer Literacy.
- Must be able to speak English actively.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
