Job Responsibility

• Analyze the market and competitors' market data to optimize operation strategies
• Flexible use of market strategies to operate stores to increase sales
• Create marketing strategy, sales report, and data analysis.
• Creating, testing, and iterating targeted segmented adverts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, etc) as well as manage day to day social media implementation.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, conduct competitor research and anticipate changes in Customer demand patterns.
• Monitor online customer feedback and act as liaison with customer to work with or resolve customer or product situations.
• Set-up and optimise additional online sales channels.
• Optimize the usage of online platform marketing tools.
• Manage operational online store including but not limited to Create and maintain strore content and ensure all content is up to date and add products to store categories
• WFO 100%

Job Requirements

• Minimun Diploma or Bachelors Degree from any major
• Fluent in English
• Good at market data analysis（Proficient in using Gsheet formulas）
• Have minimum 1 year experience as e-commerce operation in digital company
• Hardworking , Innovation ,Good time management and Good communication skills
• Familiar with ROI (Return On Investment) role and Conversion Rate role.
• Computer literacy.
• Willing work to be placed at Cikarang Pusat, KITIC
