Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for reviewing and processing permit applications such as SNI, K3L, Postel, Working Permit, etc.
2. Responsible for imposing variations on permits and adding work comments.
3. Responsible for monitoring the validity of business and company permits.
4. Analyze and evaluate permit modification requests.
5. Prepare for and attend meetings with related stakeholders and institutions. This includes requesting and collating the coordination schedules and taking a record of the discussions held.
6. Maintain a detailed understanding of relevant practices and legislation applied to the business and liaise with other departments and organizations.
7. Oversee the management and control of all licenses relevant to the business, including the management of invoicing requirements, document completion, and licensing.
8. Monitor performance for compliance with statutory and external agencies on the service standards of the authority.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable University.
2. Strong background in permit processing with 2 years of working experience in the same field.
3. Excellent interpersonal communication at all levels (verbal and written).
4. Problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
6. Familiar with business licenses, i.e. SNI, K3L, Postel, etc.
