Lowongan SALES PROJECT MANAGER di PT Hamparan Anekagranit

• Be the primary point of contact to customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain good, long term customer relationships with property developers, architects, interior designers, building contractors.
• Use strong consultative sales skills and interpersonal skills and provide input to clients on materials for their projects based on budget, functionality and design.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints quickly and thoroughly.
• Manage projects from start to finish from initial process, sales, payments, on-going implementation, installation of products and after-sale service.
• Provide management with monthly report on sales results and develop clear action plans.
• Coordinate with various contractors to deliver on the project and monitor sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are followed.
• Review contracts with property developers and/ or main contractors.
• Control the project's cash flow based on the budget and ensure payments are met.
• Maintain awareness of market trends and competitive landscape in the building materials/ stone industries.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or Architecture
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in a related field and 3 years as a manager
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales project marble
• Fluent in English
• Strong leadership qualities 
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and/ or other related software
• Excellent customer and internal communication skills
• Understand local building regulations and guidelines
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility to work outside normal working hours if needed
