Lowongan Personal Assistant di PT Hamparan Anekagranit

• Support the CEO on a daily basis  
• Work closely with the CEO on a wide range of projects from market research, preparing presentations, events planning etc
• Gather and analyze information, and develop and communicate recommendations
• Develop presentations in collaboration with colleagues
• Receive guidance and coaching from CEO
• Work closely with many other departments across multiple disciplines
• Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
• Handle other miscellaneous activities including personal errands
• Adopt proper etiquette, polite and helpful attitude towards everyone
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Follow, respect and help enhance the company’s mission, vision and values

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience
• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (any major)
• Fluent in English and Bahasa
• Resourceful, meticulous and organized
• Very strong administrative skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to build good relationships with everyone
• Ability to work well under pressure and to multi task
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
