Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Follow market trends in building materials (stone in particular)
Work with our sales and marketing team to understand customers needs
Support management in choosing the appropriate product for the customers
Represent the company in negotiating contracts with suppliers
Screen and vet suppliers on their production and business processes to make sure that they are reliable, offer excellent products and professional
Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, service, availability, reliability and product variety
Check products when they arrive at our warehouse
Coordinate and negotiate all our purchases for raw materials
Work with customs office on imports
Develop and implement purchasing SOPs
Be responsible to keep all documentations related to purchases and customs office
Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers
Travel 1-2x per year outside of Indonesia
Adopt a proper etiquette, polite and helpful attitude towards everyone
Continuously improve through feedback
Follow, respect and help enhance the companys mission, vision and values
