• Develop and implement technologicalical infrastructure (hardware and software) to support company’s strategy and provide competitive advantage.
• Hire and recruit other technology team membersHiring another tech talent.
• Be the point person for all technology partnerships and external relationships.
• Develop, track and control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations.
• Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence.
• Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics.
• Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture.
• Continue to seek new platforms to improve the company
• Organize, report and present technology trends and activities to management.
• Adopt a proper etiquette, polite and helpful attitude towards everyone.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
• Follow, respect, help and enhance the company’s mission, vision and values.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a IT Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of technological trends
• Understanding of budgets and business-planning.
• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
• Excellent communication skills.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
• Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) skills.
• Highly intelligent, resourceful.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal skills and oral/ written communication skills.
• Ability to work on new and/ or multiple projects.
• Enthusiasm, perseverance and commitment to project goals.
• Flexible working hours when needed.
• Fluent in English.
