Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Establish, develop and maintain good, long term customer relationships with property developers, architects, interior designers, building contractors etc.
- Undertake planning, implementation & monitoring of the work schedules according to master schedule and detailed work program.
- Monitor the activities of sub-contractor to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on project implementation issues a attend work meeting, site progress meeting and safety management meeting.
- Use strong consultative sales skills and interpersonal skills and provide input to clients on materials for their projects based on budget, functionality and design
- Participate in the review and acceptance of planning and design work results.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints quickly and thoroughly
- Manage projects from start to finish from initial process, sales, payments, on-going implementation, installation of products and after-sale service
- Coordinate with various contractors to deliver on the project and monitor sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are followed
- Review contracts with property developers and/ or main contractors
- Make sure that the quality standards are met
- Control the project's cash flow based on the budget and ensure payments are met
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitive landscape in the building materials/ stone industries.
- Adopt a proper etiquette, polite and helpful attitude towards everyone
- Follow, respect and help enhance the companys mission, vision and values
Requirements:
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or Architecture
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in a related field and 3 years as a engineer
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and/ or other related software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Extremely disciplined, dedicated and motivated
- Ability to coach and counsel junior members
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent customer and internal communication skills
- Understand local building regulations and guidelines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work outside normal working hours if needed
