Lowongan Finance Staff di PT Dachin Etech Global

Job Responsibility:

• Responsible on all the administrative tasks to include filling documents and monitoring the expiry dates and completion of certain documents.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance & Admin team and to the other department (if Required).
• Make Payment (E-banking)
• Checking and maintaining documents for business-related transactions
• Supporting in finance document filings, such as invoices, sales reports and other finance documents.
• Supporting on Taxation (related Transaction: PPh 21,PPh22, PPh23/26, PPh 4(2) VAT)
• Have the ability and understand the flow of finance & accounting
• Generate Invoices
• Complete and prepare supporting documentation in accordance to client's billing requirements.
• Liase with other relevant departments to obtain the supporting documents.
• Petty Cash Management and Report

Job Requirements

• At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
• Well knowledge to operate Ms Office
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Accounting or equivalent;
• Strong numeracy skills, detail oriented
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Accounting, Financing & Taxation
• Fluent in English (business mail and written)
• In-depth knowledge of accounting journals, accounting reports and financial reports
