• Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility
• Oversee overall production activities to ensure quality and efficiency targets are met
• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
• Develop and execute safety procedures
• Oversee and maintain the machinery production
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
• Recruit, manage and develop factory staff
• Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
• Address employees issues or grievances
• Stay up to date with the latest production management best practices and concepts
• Resolve problems quickly and thoroughly
• Build strong relationship and liaise with labor unions and members of the local community
• Report production activities to management
• Adopt a proper etiquette, polite and helpful attitude towards everyone
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Follow, respect and help enhance the companys mission, vision and values

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a factory manager marble
• Strong leadership, management skills to lead factory staff
• Strong understanding of machinery and manufacturing technologies
• Decisive, assertive and able to work with others
• Good relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Excellent time management and personal organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility to work outside normal working hours as needed
