Responsibilities:

• Developing and driving General Affairs strategies to be aligned with the Companys business goals across the organization
• Manage and oversee all General Affairs functions including procurement, employee service, maintenance, safety, etc.
• Supervise and control the overall process of General Affairs support and liaise with all stakeholders for the progress and completion
• Plan and manage operational budget and expense control
• Prepare mandatory and adequate reports of General Affairs activities, cost, and improvement strategies to the leader
• Implementing business partnering through effective and efficient communication among stakeholders
• Others

 Requirement: 

• Preferably Supervisor level specialized in General Affairs in E-Commerce/FMCG Company
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree/Post-Graduate Degree in any field
• At least 5 (five) years of working experience in the related field is required
• Strong knowledge of General Affairs function 
• Able to understand business needs and able to integrate into the comprehensive General Affairs program and strategies as well as provide advice to the management.
• Able to promote Company Core Values among the employees through effective engagements
• Very passionate, active, and have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good analytical, and problem-solving and the ability to manage a team
• Understand multicultural and working in a millennial environment.
• Actively able to use English both written and oral
• Willing to work in the Cikarang area
