Job Responsibilities :

1. Monitor the posting of positions advertisement and source candidates via various platforms including digital. (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

2. Monitor the sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for vacant position

3. Monitor the interview arrangement and selection procedures, including screening, calls, assessments and interviews

4. Training survey analysis to ensure the Company training needs

5. Training mapping and coordination for execution

6. Maintain the training material in company system with company standard regulation including the assessment of the conducted training

7. Handle overall training operations (invitation, scheduling, training feedback participant survey, etc.) to ensure the training can be well executed

8. Monitor and keep in track of training that already scheduled

9. Monitor and ensure smooth implementation of new employee onboarding program

10. Support Superior with approved scale of priority

11. Assist in managing Company SOP training within all Department levels

12. Support Human Resources Department in conducting Employee activities and engagement program

Job Requirements :

1. Min. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law or equivalent

2. Experienced 5 year in Recruitment (preferably from Headhunter or E-Commerce Company)

3. Works well under pressure and has strong drive to meet tight deadlines

4. Good analytical thinking, communication and attention to details

5. English active both spoken & written ( mandatory )

6. Result and target oriented
