Requirements :

1. Preferably Manager specialized in Human Resource in E-Commerce Company 

2. Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree/Post-Graduate Degree in any filed

3. At least 5 (five) years of working experience in the related field is required

4. Experience in initiating the end-to-end process of performance management, performance appraisal and assessment.

5. Strong knowledge of HRGA function & labor law (recruitment, performance appraisal, training, Industrial relation, compensation & benefit, etc.)

6. Able to understand business needs and able to integrate the comprehensive HR program and strategies as well as providing advises to the management

7. Good knowledge of Legal requirements for human resources and business

8. Very passionate, active, and good interpersonal and communication skills

9. Good analytical, problem-solving and ability to manage a team

10. Understand multicultural and working in the fast-paced environment

11. Active English communication

12. Willing to work at Cikarang area

Responsibilities :

1. Developing and driving HR strategies to be aligned with Companys business goals across the organization

2. Manage and oversee all Human Resources functions including recruitment, Compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management and training

3. Manage and controlling on the overall process of Human Resources Plan and liaise with the key positions in the organization and management to enhance the Department performance.

4. Plan and manage employee activity simultaneously in order to support company business and culture and to support employee engagement

5. Ensuring legal aspects and compliance in Human Resources and business are met and secure for Company business

6. Implementing business partnering through effective and efficient communication among stakeholders (HRBP)
