Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Provide legal opinions and advice on issues that may arise from time to time-related to legal matters
Handling, drafting & review agreements, contract, or other legal documents that comply with all statutory and Indonesian law regulations.
Knowledge of regulatory law and update regulations specifically in media industries
Able to negotiate and having good strong problem-solving skills

Â Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree in Law from a reputable University
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Candidate with minimum 2 years working experiences in the same position are preferred)
Have background on corporate law (contract law, intellectual property rights, licensing, merger, acquisition, restructuration, etc)
Able to work under pressure and computer Literate.
Self-motivated professional, able to work independently and as part of the team
