Lowongan JUNIOR PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO di PT Md Entertainment

Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Be a support system for CEO for assist in daily tasks
• Schedule appointments for business meetings, dining reservations, accommodation reservations, etc.
• Accurately provide the CEO with a variety of administrative support (such as travel documents, payment documents, etc.)
• Monitor and manage phone, email, and other communication flows
• Provide a variety of trustworthy research (new restaurant to visit, a hotel somewhere new for stay, certain goods, etc.) and create the reports
• Greeting and supporting CEO guests who are visiting for meetings or special occasions
• Other duties as may be delegated by the CEO or team

Requirements:

• Candidate must at least Bachelor (S1) Degree in Secretary / Marketing / Public Relations / Equivalent
• Have a good understanding to follows instructions clearly, accurately within a strict timeline
• Ability to communicate and coordinating clearly and concisely with all levels both internally and externally
• The ability to work on your own initiative, be proactive, adaptable to different tasks, and coordinate effectively and precisely.
• Capable of working under pressure and being enthusiastic and confident
• Knowledge and experience in overseas travel documents and file will be plus
• Experience in a variety of domestic and international online markets place
• Willing to work beyond of regular office hours if necessary
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English will be plus
