As a Project Manager Assistant, you are required to:

• Assist in the real estate design making process using relevant design applications.
• Assist in the development of real estate projects, on site project and office.
• Assist in communicating with real estate service provides, contractors and real estate material provider.
• Involved in discussions related to problem analysis and problem-solving regarding projects of the company.
• Work together with the Director of the company in creating architectural design and planning according to directions from superiors.
• Assist in communicating with clients, either directly or electronically (email) in accordance with directions from superiors.
• Helping to communicate with external parties as well as third parties (Government, locals, etc.) and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architect, Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software, such as SketchUp, AutoCad, Archicad, and some design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
