Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the board of directors to develop and execute a strategic vision for the villa management business.
- Drive marketing and branding efforts to enhance our market presence and ensure our portfolio of properties achieve high occupancy rates.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity.
- Hire, train and manage the roster of roles required to deliver our villa management services to the highest standard.
- Lead, inspire and empower our team to deliver the highest level of villa management services.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with villa owners, partners, and stakeholders.
- Seek and develop brand partnerships and premium services to enhance our villa management offerings.
- Oversee financial performance and ensure the company's profitability.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for business development.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold the highest standards.
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience in executive leadership roles ithin the luxury hospitality industry.
- Extensive experience in leading teams and fostering a positive work culture.
- Strong business acumen and a demonstrated track record of strategic leadership.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Financial acumen and the ability to set and reach target financial performance.
- A passion for delivering unparalleled customer experiences.
- Strategic thinking and a talent for creative problem-solving.
- Experience within the hospitality sector of Indonesia or Bali is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.
