Lowongan Legal Junior Consultant di PT Smart Advisory Solutions

• Prepare drafts of agreements and letters related to the client's company establishment.
• Review drafts of agreements and letters according to data along with the purpose and objective conveyed by our clients.
• Ensure that the client's company documentation is in accordance with regulation. 
• Process all licenses required in the establishment of the client’s company in accordance with the line of business 
• Submitting all licenses to (OSS) system and related agencies according to prevailing regulations.
• Coordinating with other departments in the Company.
• Coordinating with third parties, including but not limited to Notaries related to the establishment and amendment of data and / or articles of association related to our clients.
• Carry out documentation and filing of all documentation related to our client’s business.

Requirements:

• Strong team spirit, common sense & dedication.
• Bachelor’s degree of law.
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Having the Certificate of Special Education for Advocate Profession (PKPA) from PERADI is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
• Good communication skills.
• Good self-organization skills.
• Good self-presentation.
• Good understanding of corporate law and licensing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines, professionalism, detail orientation, good analytical thinking and the will to learn.
