As a HR Generalist, you are required to: 

• Handle the recruitment and selection process of potential candidates (Headhunting). 
• Ensuring HR records are maintained 
• Prepare employment contracts for new hires, promotions, transfers, etc. 
• Welcome and onboard new hires. 
• Assistance in the professional development of company's talents through appraisals, training schedules, qualifications, etc. 
• Learning and development planning and management. 
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members.
• Mediate and resolve employees’ relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations if necessary. 
• Manage employees’ welfare as part of our company’s incentives – I.e., insurance, birthdays, extra benefits, etc. 
• Manage employees’ attendance and holiday follow-ups. 

Requirements:

• Strong team spirit, openness, common sense & dedication.
• Holds at least a bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Psychology major or equivalent. 
• At least 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Good communication skills.
• Analytical and creative thinking, 
• Good self-organization skills.
• Good self-presentation.
