As Full Stack Web Developer Instructor, you will facilitate and shape the potential of students through in-class, project-based learning and mentoring activities, as well as contributing to our curriculum.

We are looking for experienced Software Engineers, IT Project Managers, IT Infrastructure to facilitate and guide our students during Full Stack Web Development Bootcamp Programs, which comprises of these stacks:

• Front End: HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap
• Back End: React, PHP, MySQL, MVC, Laravel
• Project Management: SDLC, IT Project Management, QA & Testing
• Infrastructure: Cloud Infrastructure, Scripting language

Desirable skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information System, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as practitioner/trainer in Front End Web Development/Back End Web Development/IT Project management/IT Operational/IT Infrastructure Engineer. Experienced in Consulting Firms/Software house is highly preferred
• Have domain expertise in one or more stacks mentioned above
• Have the passion to teach, high empathy, and good people skills
• Available to teach during working hours (2hrs/day)
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)

• Plan, developing and implement learning curriculum, materials, and tasks for Bitlabs students
• Deliver engaging and enjoyable learning experiences
• Monitor, assess, and coach the students to persevere through the learning process
• Lead and guide students for real case projects succession
• Collaborate alongside the Learning and Development Team in order to best meet industry-fit learning curriculum and meet learning styles for students.
