As a Learning and development operations associate, you will play a pivotal role in creating impactful learning experiences supporting students throughout their learning journey. 

Job Description:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of learning programs to ensure they are running smoothly and meeting quality standards
• Build and manage relations of all project related stakeholders and customers, such as instructor, mentor, participants, student success, advisor, coach, etc including conflict resolution, engagement, and disciplinary actions
• Proactively identify and analyze problems, and apply creative solutions for continuous improvement 
• Evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs through data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Facilitate, oversee and evaluate student success performance
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in learning and development, and online training methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information System, Information Technology, International Relations, Mathematics, Business, or related area. Preferably from Binus/Top 15 Universities in Indonesia
• 1-2 years' of experience working full cycle in learning and development, training coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams, candidates, students, team members, and stakeholders at all levels. Also motivate and inspire to deliver high levels of customer service and flexibility
• Excellent problem-solving, planning and organizing skills with a record of managing complex projects with attention to detail and the ability to take an overview of operations and develop creative solutions 
• Proficient in using data manipulation tools, learning management tools, able to track and output data-driven report based on data analysis
• Willing to work hybrid in BSD, Tangerang area
