What youd do

• Lead Data training sessions by delivering engaging and enjoyable learning experiences and sharing your experiences
• Facilitate and inspire students to persevere throughout the whole learning journey
• Lead and guide students through development of real-world projects that will showcase their capabilities and align with clients project scope
• Research and develop high-quality learning contents to ensure relevant and industry driven curriculum
• Understanding clients data-driven business needs, develop and present concepts, as well as monitor the project succession
• Oversee and mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful learning and development program

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Economy, Accounting, Mathematics, Information Technology, Information System, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Data Analyst/Business Analyst/Business Intelligence Practitioner or Trainer. Experienced in Consulting Firms is highly preferred
• Have domain expertise in SQL, ETL, Python, Spreadsheet, Data visualization and overall Data Analytics tools
• Growth and Analytical mindset with ability to solve business problems with data and analytics
• Passionate in developing people, able to make complex things simple and communicating it well
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa and English
