As a Marketing & E-commerce, you are required to:

1. Create, review and update details of the product on the company website and e-commerce websites in collaboration with design, marketing, and product development teams.
2. Handling Companys social media and write blogs and captions for social media (copywrite)
3. Do simple photo editing using Canva or other tools (Photoshop, In Design).
4. Assist the company to cultivate standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and new product listings.
5. Develop monthly marketing plans to increase digital sales on companys website and other digital platforms.
6. Create digital marketing strategies that are in line with companys business goals and messaging.
7. Analyze customer feedback to improve user experience, adjust ongoing campaigns, and increase traffic on all digital platforms.
8. Execute ad campaigns on search engines.
9. Monitor and analyze relevant metrics to evaluate the performance of each marketing campaign and create reports about the performance of the marketing campaign.
10. Monitor the performance of companys campaigns and projects by using tools like Google Analytics, or any related tools.
11. Develop and maintain companys SEO, pricing policies, media assets, inventory and/or pre-orders.
12. Develop and implement competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related fields.
2. Fresh Graduates are welcome.
3. Fluent in verbal and written English.
4. Strong team spirit, openness, common sense, and dedication.
5. Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
6. Multi-tasking and highly motivated personality.
7. Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
8. Has capability to do copy writing.
9. Proficient in using Canva, Photoshop and/or In Design.
10. Knowledge of web analytics, SEO, is a plus.
11. 1 (one) year experience in Digital Marketing is an advantage.
