JOB DESCRIPTION : 

• Experienced in handling, dealing, review, negotiation and report all legal cases
• Perform good contracts review & legal ability within the operational of the company as required time
• Review for Agreement and draft about contracts Vendor & Customer 
• Fullfillment of company legal aspects and permits of the company’s business
• Make legal opinion and reviews base on the needs or requests of the company
• Make and monitoring the legality and legal permit work schedules needed to avoid delays in fulfillment
• Review and monitoring the company’s policies and government regulations
• Corporate legal administration, including maintain all necessary legal reports/lists
• Control and strore for all document and business licenses of the company as well
• Permit and good relation with government institution regarding legality or business permit
• Providing alternative recommendation with proposal of changing in laws and regulations to management in order to response legal issue
• Generating contracts, letters of agreement or other document related to variety of business and providing support in litigations and handling police matter in order to ensure legal compliance
• Providing ongoing legal advice and support general commercial matters and transactions
• Experience Accounts Receivable Specialist (AR) & Dispute Resolution

REQUIREMENTS :

• Undergraduate Degree in Law Preferably from Reputable University with Minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 6 - 7 years Experience as a Legal Manager
• Excellent Knowledge in legal drafting, legal contract, expart permit, company ligalition
• Strong Leadership to handle developing teams and can work under pressure
• Excellent Analytical Expertise and Problem Solving with high attention on details
• Strong Negotiation, Networking and Communication Skills
• Active Communication in English is must
• Must have Advocate License
