- Establish, manage, and maintain employee and industrial relations in conducive and positive climate in accordance with Government Laws & Regulations, Company Regulation, Policies and Procedures.
- Plan, develop and review within the standard operating procedures of Human Resources Management
- Responsible in services of personnel administration included payroll, leave, sick, medical expense, meal and transport expense
- Responsible for General Affairs (security, building maintenance, transportation, assets, legal document, etc)
- Organize, coordinating and monitor the process of employees performance appraisal
- Administer and setting process Recruitment, Promotion, Movement (Transferring, Rotation or Mutation), Termination, Retirement and Rehire)
REQUIREMENT:
- At least 8 - 10 year(s) of working experience in HR Manager or Senior Manager, Bachelor degree in Law or Psychology
- Willing to placed in around Indonesia
- Prefer Experience in logistics company, forwarding company, shipping line company
- Good command in English (oral & written)
- Good communication, negotiation skills, good leadership ability
- Good knowledge about industrial relation, HR, General Affairs, and administration
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations also relevant health and safety laws.
