• Experienced in handling, dealing, review, negotiation and report all legal action (agreement, corporate letter, legal opinion).
• Experienced in monitoring and handling corporate permits also litigation.
• Providing alternative recommendation with proposal of changing in laws and regulations to management in order to response legal issue.
• Review and monitoring the company’s policies and government regulations.
• Having good relation with government institution.
• Providing ongoing legal advice and support general commercial matters and transactions.
• Experience in Litigation, Corporate, Accounts Receivable Specialist (AR) & Dispute Resolution.
• Manage legal administration tasks, encompassing power of attorney, deed of establishment, OSS permits, and IP support.
• Handle dispute settlement management effectively.
• Ensure compliance management by offering legal opinions, advice, legal memoranda, and related services to users.
• Stay updated on regulations, summarizing and sharing the latest laws and regulations.
• Fulfill corporate secretary duties including subsidiary incorporation and obtaining NIB.
• Manage company document archives for easy retrieval.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve desired Domestic Component Level (TKDN) percentage.

 REQUIREMENTS :

• Undergraduate Degree in Law Preferably from Reputable University.
• Minimum 4 - 5 years experiences as Legal Counsel, Legal Specialist or similiar in Corporate and or Law Firm.
• Excellent Knowledge in legal drafting, legal contract, expart permit, company corporate also ligalition.
• Strong Leadership to handle developing teams and can work under pressure.
• Excellent Analytical Expertise and Problem Solving with high attention on details.
• Strong Negotiation, Networking and Communication Skills.
• Active Communication in English is must
• Must have active Advocate License (PERADI)
