Lowongan Assistant Manager Event and Activation di PT Taman Safari Indonesia

Assistant Manager Event and Activation will report to Head of Event and Activation. This position will analyze and arrange strategy and marketing guidance for Taman Safari Indonesia and adjust it to the specific requirements of all Business Unit in a creative and impactful manner that resonates with the customer branding.

Job Responsibilities:

• Must be able to handle customer relations management and maintain good relationships with the customers
• Maintain hospitality industry relevancy by identifying, analysing and staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends, tech developments and best practices
• Manage and coordination of virtual and physical events and activation strategy planning
• Effectively manage event budgets, event expenses and sales targets
• Manage project deadlines and necessary deliverables to ensure they are met expectation
• Liaise with various internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of event and activation strategy planning.
• Prepare post-projects event and activation reports and further analyse the opportunity to expand Taman Safari Indonesia businesses
• Establish and maintain effective working partnerships with all relevant internal colleagues and associates
• Handing administrative work and consistent update the information including generating reports, brand guidelines, and campaign results.
• Take on any other responsibility as assigned by Head of Event and Activation

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing from reputable university
• At least 3 years of working experience in Mall Events and Activation or similar experience
• Possesses strong oral and written communication & interpersonal skills
• Good team player and able to manage by example.
• Demonstrates initiative, has an eye for detail and an efficient team player
• Good team player and able to manage by example.
• Proven experience in Public Speaking, Sound presentation and MS office and MS PowerPoint/Prezi software skills
• Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines and extra hours if needed on assignment
• Able to work independently, mature in thinking, pro-active and willing to take challenges
• Ability to use design thinking, critical thinking to manage daily tasks.
