The Position

The successful candidate will be responsible meet sales quantity as budget with the highest possible profit for the company. 

The Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain for the company and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing clients’ needs
• Understand competition and develop strategies for winning
• Close new business opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

The Person

• Minimum education bachelor degree in Marketing, Engineering or Science
• At least 5 years professional working experience in Sales & Marketing field for industrial products, preferably within paper, converting, or packaging industry.
• Fluent in English both written and oral. Strong in Chinese/Mandarin is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be proactive and result driven
• Computer literate
• Ability to work independently or as a team
• Pleasant personality and good grooming
• Willing to relocate or work in Tangerang area
