Lowongan Utility & Environmental Manager di PT Papertech Indonesia

THE ROLE

• Manage and optimize operation of Water Treatment (WT), Wastewater Treatment Plant WWTP), Hazardous and Toxic (B3) Waste Management, and other company facilities related with environmental obligations.
• Manage and optimize operation of Boilers & Compressors, including its emissions control
• Responsible for company environmental monitoring program (AMDAL), PROPER evaluation and related environmental licenses and permit.
• Develop utility and WWTP area and people for the future growth strategy of the company.
• Take care all safety related issues on the area
• Improve safe work condition and practices in WWTP and utility facilities.
• Support legal compliance by fulfilling technical criteria for all environmental regulations.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by company.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree from Chemical/Engineering.
• Minimum experiences 7 years in same role at Manufacturing company (preferably in Paper mill, Paper Converting, or chemical industry)
• Experience in managing compliance and regulatory in environmental aspect include license and permit related with environmental.
• Experience in liaising with external parties such as environment office (KLH), consultant, auditors, and other related parties.
• Strong communication and negotiations skills
• Having strong comprehension in Indonesia environment regulatory
• Ability to successfully work in cross-functional teams
• Ability to communicate effectively and explain complex legal issues in a simple way
• Fluent in English both oral and written
