Lowongan Supply Chain Manager di PT Papertech Indonesia

As a very well-established Paper Manufacturing company in Indonesia, PT. Papertech Indonesia is currently looking for a successful candidate to join with their operations team who will be responsible to oversee all aspects related to Supply Chain initiatives and programs throughout companys operation.

The Role:

Ensure smooth operations of Supply Chain function that comprising Procurement, PPIC, Logistic, Inventories Management, and Warehousing in accordance with applicable group and companys standards adopted throughout the Company's work operations.

The Responsibilities:

• To set up raw material and supporting material stock control in efficient way to minimize cost but without break down due to material 
• To coordinate purchasing activities in achieving maximum benefit for company.
• To arrange the Production Planning, Inventories, and control function as required by company
• To ensure shipment, export and import activities are running smoothly and following business ethic & company policy
• To implement ISO 9001 : 2015 and ISO 14001 : 2015 program in department and to encourage subordinate improve awareness and understanding of ISO.
• To make sure that all operation are carried out accordingly to prevent pollution and conserve to the natural resources.
• To ensure the goods in logistic was store and manage in good way and safe
• To ensure all data of the storage goods are accurate and update
• To ensure the warehouse are run in a safety way
• o coordinate and follow up the consumption of goods and to run cost saving activities
• As coordinator & leader of improvement system through SPS
• To motivate and evaluate sub-ordinate to improve their position and reach personal & company goals
• To develop all people under supply chain department in order to be able to achieve & support company goals
• To ensure all personnel working safely and following all health and safety aspects as required.
• Other responsibilities assigned by company.

The Required Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor degree in Engineering (occupational health and safety, chemical, mechanical, or industrial) from reputable university.
• Minimum 10 years of satisfying experience in the same role at Manufacturing company (preferably Converting and converting industry, chemical, automotive, or other large scale industry)
• Strong leadership and relationship building
• Good command in English both verbal and written
• Excellent communication skills
• Good in operating MS Office (Computer Literacy)
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Able to work in a dynamic team environment and high work demand
• Good analytical and conceptual thinking
• Good Project Management Skills.
• Self-motivated, results oriented with focus on continuous improvement.
• Prior experience and knowledge quality management systems, operations excellence, process improvement, six sigma, 5S, QCC
• Prior experience managing multiple projects.
• SAP Experience and Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a BIG plus.
• Willing to work/relocate in Subang/Purwakarta area.
