Requirements :

1.      Minimum 1 year experience on Quality Assurance field

2.      Minimum bachelor’s degree majoring in Engineering

3.     Certified JLPT N2/N3 is an advantage

4.      Good communication and interpersonal skills

5.      Ability to work independently and working as a team

6.      Good attention to detail

7.      English communication skills verbal and written – is mandatory

8.      Good knowledge to IATF 16949 requirement

9.      Good computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite

10.      Strong problem solving skill

Job description :

1.      Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures

2.      Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards

3.      Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data

4.      Review the implementation and efficiency of quality inspection systems

5.      Plan, conduct, and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality

6.      Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities

7.      Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues

8.      Collect and compile statistical quality data

9.      Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system

10.  Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions

11.  Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
