Job Description :

• Responsible for training management
• Responsible for employee assessment & promotion
• Responsible for employee development
• Implementation of CSR programs
• Implementation of Compliance Activity
• Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
• Responsible to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.

Requirements :

• Bachelor (S1) degree in psychology, human resources management, or related field
• Have minimum 5 years experiences in related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Have excellent understanding in managing training, employee assessment & development
• Have excellent understanding in Organizational Development strategic plan and implementation
• Have good understanding in IATF requirements
• Required language : English
