Core Responsibilities

1)     Plan and Implement security measures based on Headquarters security strategy.

2)     Part of Global security members in planning and implementing Global security standards.

3)     Enforce and maintain security policies and guidelines in AO (ASEAN & Oceania) Region.

4)     Monitor for intrusions, unusual, unauthorized, or illegal access/activity within AO Region.

5)     Conduct internal assessments for security risk and compliance.

6)     Handle security patches related matters, analyse security breaches and respond to security incidents to SMC members.

7)     Manage security software and appliance, performing updates as deemed necessary.

8)     Support and implement Cloud service and IT Security projects driven by Headquarters and AO ICT.

9)     Facilitate and deliver security awareness training and phishing campaigns to enable security awareness at AO Region.

10) Stay up to date with IT trends and security standards.

11) Attend security meetings and focal of contact for any enquires related to IT Security.

12) Performs other related duties as assigned.

Expected Technical Skill Set

1)     McAfee EPO and Encryptions, Desktop Central, Titus, Microsoft 365 Defender, FortiGate, Patches updates, VPN, RDP, Zscaler, Intune, MAAS360, BitLocker, Red Cloak, VMWare.

2)     Penetration Test and Intrusion detection tools, Operating System Vulnerabilities, Threat Knowledge, Cloud services, Network security control, Mobile Device Management.

3)     Windows Scripting and PowerShell, IT Security Incident response.

4) Fluency in English is a must as this is a regional role.
