Lowongan Head of Merchandiser di PT Terang Indah Alpha

Responsibilities:

• Manage merchandising teams to carry out all merchandising activities both offline and online
• Create seasonal and long-term merchandising strategies that can support the achievement of company targets and customer expectations
• Provide regular reports containing sales analysis and market trends to the company
• Fully responsible for all stock management activities, including distribution process and stock allocation to all business units
• Make forecasting and purchasing plans for the company's products to ensure the availability of the company's stock
• Work closely with operational and marketing teams to ensure the brand storytelling process runs smoothly and can support company sales
• Cooperate with management team in preparing and supervising the implementation of company merchandising guidelines and procedures
• Work closely with design and marketing teams in creating product strategies that can be successful in the market
• Together with Visual Merchandiser, regularly reviews the implementation of the VM Guidelines in stores so that they are in line with the company's targets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, interior design, and other related fields
• Having experience of more than 8 years managing fashion merchandising in retail fashion industry, having experience in managerial position is preferred
• Proficient in speaking Mandarin is a must
• Proficient in speaking English
• Have up to date knowledge of merchandising trends
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking
