Responsibilities:

·     Responsible for making journals and financial reports.

·     Control the company's cash (cash flow), especially receivables and payables

·     Perform financial analysis

·     Performing the function of supervising financial transactions

·     Validate financial and tax transactions.

·     Assessing tax policies and calculating the amount of tax to be paid

·     Monitor the company's accounting and taxation systems internally.

·     Manage and process corporate financial and tax data into a report.

·     Control and evaluate the recording of P/L balances and other accounting activities so that they can run properly and accurately.

·     Evaluate and analyse the implementation of the accounting system to provide input for the financial system

·     Check all bank reconciliations and petty cash

·     Ensuring income calculations are in accordance with system and balance accounting report

·     Evaluate and submit auditable financial reports (balance sheet, profit/loss report, cash flow statement) periodically along with details (monthly, quarterly and year-end) in accordance with accounting policies to the Board of Directors

·     Ensuring the accounting system runs smoothly

·     Carry out other related tasks in an effort to achieve company targets

Qualifications:

·     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy, Economics, or equivalent

·     Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field is required for this position

·     Strong analytical skills, critical, and attention to detail

·     Strong problem solving skills

·     Strong communication and interpersonal skill

·     Able to manage financial data and cash flow

·     Proficient in using Microsoft Excel

·     Familiar with Accurate Accounting Program
