Lowongan Data Analyst di PT Terang Indah Alpha

Responsibilities:

• Using automated tools to extract data, developing and maintaining databases and data systems
• Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data
• Analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both offline and online stores
• Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction
• Working with management heads to analyse offline and online sales performance within region and propose strategy regarding business growth 
• Make recommendation on decisions and actions that needs to be taken based on the findings
• Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
• Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Information Technology, Information System, Finance/Accountancy, Computer Accountancy/ Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in data analytics / retail merchandise planning
• Strong analytical skills (Forecasting & Analysis data), critical, and attention to detail
• Strong statistical skills
• Strong knowledge of retail metrics concepts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Able work in massive data
• Proficient in using intelligence tools/software: Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL
• Proficient in using statistical software
• Ability to create reports and visualization from database
