REPORTING:

General Affair Manager & Corporate Administration Division Deputy General Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Corporate administration process and payment handling
• Corporate vehicles management and drivers supervising
• Managing general procurement and vendor management (selection and evaluation)
• Responsible for fixed asset management
• Responsible for employees Health, Security and Safety (e.g. insurance management & employee annual medical check up)
• Responsible for contract handling matters
• Responsible for office building maintenance by liase with building management
• General Affair related Project Leader
• Work closely with other divisional team member to achieve divisional target

SELECTION CRITERIA:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree from a reputable University
• Experience in the General Affair operation with minimum of 2 years in staff level (for staff) / 2 years in supervisor level (for senior staff)
• Good knowledge and experience in managing company fixed asset and procurement
• Have capability and experience in handling and managing projects
• Good communication in English Business (written and verbal)
• Experienced in handling foreigner for general affair matters related
• Excellent in using computer especially in Microsoft office (word, excel and power point)
• Having certification in ‘K3 Umum’ will be an advantage
• Proven leadership skill with experience in managing team
• Excellent negotiation skill and attention to detail
